Meet The Yarn Genies

Nikki & Amélie, mum and daughter, sharing a passion for making stuff & showing how it is done.
Nikki designs some knitting patterns - she knits a lot....and she can talk about it endlessly. She's become her friends' go to for knitting help, and provided sufficient tea is drunk we usually find an answer.
Amélie has been knitting since the age of 3 and a half, she had to work it out for herself though, as mum was chatting too much! These days she is an aspiring folk musician, playing her fiddle wherever she can, in between her studies and being a major contributor & supporter to this website.
